Mushroom Essences
The Door to the Subconscious
These essences are energetic LIGHT informations in water. They do not contain PHYSICAL substances. For this reason there is no danger to use them. The next level to minerals is the plant kingdom which also includes mushrooms. What is generally know about mushrooms is that they simply are the carrier of spores, but they are far more complex. The mushroom is in actual fact the mycelium, the fibrous network that grows underground and is hidden from view. As an essence the Mushroom acts on aspects that we are not ready to see and lay dormant deep in our subconscious. They also act on the body by effect physical processes. Like the mushrooms itself, which is seen for a brief period in autumn, these aspects can remain hidden inside ourselves. In this respect it is interesting to note that lichens also have a special place and part to play. Lichens are a result of a combination of a species algae and species of fungus functioning together as symbiotic organisms. Some lichens are real survivors and are capable of growing where other species can’t survive, for example, on bear rock or colonizing on solidified lava. Mushroom Essences reinforce our vital Qi and our strength to survive.Lichens hold a special position in the plant kingdom. They are just the symbiosis of certain fungi and algae. Today we know several lichens that also still populate some places as true survival artists, where other plants cannot subsist, for example bare rocks in the mountains or primeval solidified lava. These essences strengthen our ability to survive in the same way. Simply, we can represent the mushroom as a semicircle that is open to the Earth and reflects its energy. Mushrooms have a liberating effect on personal emotional baggage in the subconscious. In combination the vibrational frequency of mushroom essences is a good companion to the flower essences.

There are three main different types of mushrooms:
1. The purely degrading mushrooms. Similarly, they can be associated with the degradation processes in the body, so the digestive processes.
2. The largest and most interesting kind are the mushrooms, which live in symbiosis (living community) with the roots of the trees. Among them, is the majority of edible mushrooms known to us. They demonstrate a connection between trees and mushrooms for mutual benefit.
3. Parasitic fungi. These fungi invade living trees or other living things through a wound in a process similar to the following: through the bark damage, penetrate the spores of mushrooms, create an infection and spread in the host's organism. Similarly, essences from this group have much to do with situations that have arisen due to parasitic problems, e.g. Fungus infestation etc.
Mushroom essences have a very intensive effect and should - like any other essence - be tested before use. They work into the personal subconscious and raise awareness of things that have been buried deep inside. The personal subconscious mind refers to all the experiences we have had since embryonic development, during our childhood – through all stages of life. Experiences that have been left unresolved due to the individual being too young to understand and make sense of it or traumatic experiences, also unresolved, which are stored in our subconscious and that we are no longer aware of. Mushroom essences are very well suited to be combined or supplemented with flower essences. So flower essences act on our emotional body and then help us to transform the emerging feelings and emotions.
