Blue Gum Eucalyptus

The native home of Blue Gum is Australia, although nowadays it can be found in all tropical and subtropical regions in the world. This is the only type of blue gum that exists in the Canaries Islands. It is an imposing and magnificent tree with smooth bark that peels off in long strips. The leaves of the cup and sepals are borne on the buttons. They rise as small caps releasing large numbers of stamens of white or pink color.
