Olivine

Olivine, also known as chrysolite or peridot, is a magnesium iron silicate which forms small diamond prisms. St. Hildegard appreciated this gem especially by its potential to spread life that sets in motion the phases of natural development. She recommended it in cases of cardiac pain, fever, also to resist negative energies and to fix knowledge. In the Chakra Doctrine, this gem is assigned to the Heart Chakra (4th Chakra) and to the Solar Plexus Chakra (3rd Chakra).

Olivine Gem Essence stimulates the heart and solar plexus, which are purified and opened to joy and love for oneself and others.
