Rose Quartz

Rose Quartz is a silicon dioxide whose name is due to its pink color. The stone may be from translucent to opaque and its shades can range from mild to strong. It can be found in various micro-crystalline formations, but it rarely appears in large crystals. Since ancient times this stone has stimulated fantasy: rose quartz must have been put on earth by the hands of Love and Eros so that with its tender color it awakens love and desire. In the Chakra Doctrine, it corresponds to the Heart Chakra (4th Chakra).
