(Clavariadelphus pistillaris)

Hercule Maze corresponds to the group of the inedible mushrooms. Interestingly, they can be found in forests, especially under beech trees. As well as a pestle, this yellowish mushroom comes up to 12 centimeters above the forest floor. It usually grows between August and November forming groups. The clavariadelphus has 5 varieties, all of which have a fleshy fruit.
