Mushroom essences have a very intense effect and should – like any other essence – be tested before use. They work with the personal subconscious and bring to awareness things that have been buried deep inside. The subconscious mind is shadowed by all the experiences we have had since our embryonic development, during our childhood – through all stages of life. Any experiences that have been left unresolved because we were too young to understand and make sense of them, or because they were traumatic, are stored in our subconscious and we are no longer aware of their existence.
Mushrooms often grow in hidden places and so the power of them lies in their ability to bring the hidden to the surface. They can integrate the energies on the physical level. It is advisable to combine mushroom essences with flower essences. Mushroom essences are well suited to be used in combination or supplemented with flower essences. The flower essences act on our emotional body and help us to transform the emerging feelings and emotions.

50% energised still water (Black Forest)
~20% alcohol content
