Cinnamon Rose - Zimtrose

The denomination Rose majalis “rose of May” refers to the early moment of blooming of this flower, even though, in our countr,y it does not bloom till June. Although the popular belief is that the smell of its flowers or its leaves is that of cinnamon this rose is called "cinnamon rose", due to the fact that its buds are brown similar to the cinnamon color.
