The yellow violet Sea Slug is about 10 cm long and has outer gills on the back. It lives on rocky ground in approx. 10 - 30 meters depth. The essence: It strengthens our self-confidence, affects the solar plexus and the heart chakra. Self-esteem and trust are strengthened, especially after traumatizing experiences. Traumatized children and adults can help them overcome fears, strengthen themselves internally and thus develop new confidence. By reducing our anxiety, we are freed ourselves and can also breathe easier and better.
