Lotus Essence

(Nelumbo nucifera)

Lotus is a flower that grows in the water. It can be found in the great lakes of the tropic regions of Asia and, sometimes also in the subtropical regions of Asia. Their flowers and leaves are spread on the surface of the water and they can reach up to 1 meter of height above this. The colours of the flowers range from white, through light pink to violet. Lotus has been used for centuries as a healing plant in Asian regions.

Lotus essence transmits harmony to all the chakras. It can be considered as a universal flower, since it favors clarity and fluid permeability at various levels. It is particularly encouraging for the 7º Chakra, that is, for opening our consciousness and spirituality.

Essence Effect on the Body: Through the clarifier effect of the lotus on every energy levels of the being, this essence stimulates healing processes of various kinds. On the one hand, it promotes clarity in the physical plan; on the other one, and in addition, Lotus essence transmits peace and quiet to our nature.
